Meet Mosa Wild from Ashford Kent, made up of four members, school friends lead vocals and songwriter Jim Rubaduka and guitarist Alex Stevens. Then there is bassist Edwin Ireland and drummer Charlie Campbell.
Their career kickstarted with their debut single ‘Smoke’ back in 2016 which was well received and led to them playing the 5000 capacity Academy Brixton. To date it’s been streamed millions of times.
2017 and the band featured on the BBC Introducing stage at the Reading & Leeds Festivals. Their follow up single was the truly awesome track ‘Night’. They have also had a European tour supporting Maggie Rogers, completing it in the traditional rock band way of driving themselves and their kit in a van.
Their current single ‘Tides’, which is out now, is the precursor to their soon to be released and anticipated E.P. ‘ Talking In Circles’.
If you want to go and watch them for free, you can.
